Are the machines for rent outside of Utah?

Sorry, but our machines are only for rentals in the state of Utah. Machines are not allowed to leave the state of Utah without written permission. If you are planning on an extended trip outside of Utah, we can discuss special terms or exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Do you offer delivery and pick-up service?

We do not offer delivery or pick-up service. Because we’re so close to the dunes and trails, you can ride directly from the shop.

Are there any additional fees or deposits with rentals?

We do require a $1,000 authorization-only deposit on non-turbo machines, and a $2,000 authorization-only deposit on turbo machines.

How many people can ride in a machine?

We offer 2-, 4-, and 6-seater machines. Carrying more passengers than the vehicle was designed for is illegal and not recommended.

What’s your cancellation policy?

By booking with us, we hereby agree to hold your reservation and equipment for the requested date and time, however, in the event, a cancellation is necessary we will fully refund the agreed upon reservation pricing if the cancellation is processed 1-month prior to the scheduled tour/rental. If the cancellation is made up to 3 days prior to the tour/rental, we will give you a credit for your agreed upon pricing to be used within 12 months. Cancellations processed less than 3 days or failure to show up for scheduled tour/rental will result in a charge of the full price.

Please note that a  $50.00 (Non-Refundable) deposit will be charged when placing your reservation. 

What kind of experience is needed to tour?

None. We can accommodate people with all levels of experience and tailor the tour to fit each individuals’ abilities and their desire for adventure.

What time do the tours leave?

Depends on the season. Please call ahead to confirm the available times.

Where do the tours go?

We take you to several different locations. Our two-hour tour goes out to the dunes and works its way to Sand Hollow Reservoir before returning to the shop. We have a 4-hour tour that goes into Warner Valley to see dinosaur tracks, historic Fort Pearce, and Indian petroglyphs before going to drive in the sand pit, through the dunes on top of Sand Mountain, and then returns to the shop.

Do we have to join a tour in progress?

No, you can go on your own tour with as many guests as we can accommodate for your group.

What is included with the tour?

We provide helmets and goggles if needed, and offer bandanas for purchase before your tour.
